To be held on Sunday 17th November 2019, at the Corran Halls.
All participants will receive a certificate of entry.
Contestants are required to submit either, round, finger or square shaped shortbread.
Each entry must provide six pieces, at least 2 inch square or equivalent in other shapes.
Traditional means shortbread using primary ingredients of flour, butter and sugar.
Flavoured may include any other ingredients in whatever quantities.
Entries, successful or otherwise, will not be returned.
The entries will be judged by a panel of judges commencing 12 noon.
A winner will be selected and entrants or their representative must be present for the prize giving at 3.30pm on Sunday 17th November.
There will be three prizes – First, Runner-Up and Highly Commended.
The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence can be entered into after the event.
An entry form must be submitted to Karen Mackie, 8 Dalriach Park Terrace, Oban by the 8th November 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
All entries must be submitted to the competition table at the Corran Halls. by 10.30am on Sunday 17th November 2019 accompanied by a £2 entry fee.
