Following last year’s amazing display in Glencruitten Woods, Oban Winter Festival are once again inviting individuals/groups/businesses/schools/nurseries to design and make an installation for the 2024 Winter Woods Event.
Installations should once again be made with weatherproof upcycled/ recycled/ repurposed materials, and as SAMS will be celebrating their 140th Anniversary in September, we have decided on the theme of “Oceans and Seas” for the Festival and the installations. This gives a huge variety of options for installations ie fish, jelly fish, boats, mermaids, seaweed, Neptune, lighthouses, seaside towns – anything in the sea, under the sea, on the sea or to do with the sea!
If you are interested in creating an installation for the woods please contact us at info@obanwinterfestival.com and we will give you further information.
We look forward to hearing from you.
