Join Heathery Heights at the Royal Hotel Oban for a unique Festive Wild Cocktail Masterclass. Learn how to incorporate wild plants, fungi, seaweeds, and flowers into your drinks to create amazing new flavour profiles.
This two-hour session includes a welcome drink, an introduction to wild ingredients, and the chance to make (and drink!) three wild cocktails—including making your own unique blend. Plus, you’ll enjoy accompanying wild nibbles.
