Calling all makers, bakers, crafters and creators! Come along and be part of the biggest and best winter events in Scotland this November – at the Oban Winter Festival Markets! Last year Oban was celebrated as one of Time Out Magazines’ TOP 10 Towns to Visit at Christmas! Our Winter Festival Markets have been steadily growing in size and reputation over the last 13 years and draw thousands of visitors from all over the country. The Oban Winter Festival is one of the highlights of the year for the whole town and region, and our incredible markets form a large part of this – and YOU could be a part of it!
Over 2 Saturdays, on the 16th and 23rd November, across 3 iconic town center locations, Oban plays host to 6 incredible winter markets, celebrating all that is locally produced, distilled, and crafted and created, as well as inspiring stalls from further afield.

Corran Hall
The largest of our 3 venues, the Corran Hall holds a commanding location the top end of the main street in Oban, this modern hall is large, spacious and easily accessible with wide aisles. This bustling and busy market is home to many crafts, gifts and locally produced food and drinks – here you will find gin rubbing shoulders with woodcraft, jewelry and cakes, there really is something for everyone at the Corran Hall Market!

Oban Distillery
Held in the iconic and atmospheric Oban Distillery, in the heart of Oban, this historic building is transformed into a sparkling winter wonderland.
The distillery hosts two markets, the food market in the old filling room showcasing local preserves, oysters, fish, meat, bakery, sauces and much more, and the craft market, bursting with hand made goods, is held in the old cask room, this year it will be featuring lampshades, wood, glass, upcycled vintage goods, jewellery and candles to name but a few! The distillery is always very popular both for its location and quality stalls.

Perle Oban
New for 2024, with a strong focus on locally produced handmade arts & crafts, the Perle Oban is situated in a prime location close to all the local transport links, including buses, trains, ferries and taxis!
