Following last year’s amazing display in Glencruitten Woods, Oban Winter Festival are once again inviting individuals/groups/businesses/schools/nurseries to design and make an installation for the 2024 Winter Woods Event.

Installations should once again be made with weatherproof upcycled/ recycled/ repurposed materials, and as SAMS will be celebrating their 140^th Anniversary in September, we have decided on the theme of “Oceans and Seas” for the Festival and the installations.   This gives a huge variety of options for installations ie fish, jelly fish, boats, mermaids, seaweed, Neptune, lighthouses, seaside towns – anything in the sea, under the sea, on the sea or to do with the sea!
