Join the Oban Pipe Band on a fundraising wine tasting eventing hosted by leading drummer Alan Irvine. Alan works with the Scottish gantry and has the coveted Wine and Spirits Diploma with the wine and Spirits Education Trust. Tickets are priced at £30 which covers 6 glasses of wine, food and includes a £5 donation to the band.
Whilst there will be an educational talk on the wines tasted it’s also a bit of fun and learning experience. If you feel you are just a novice with wine do not hesitate to take part, as the experience is what it’s all about.
Tickets are limited, so get in quick to secure yours and help the band with their fundraising initiative. To further boost funds we would welcome donations for a raffle being held. Wines tasted can be bought on the night, every bottle bought will see another £5 go to the band.
