Entry strictly by minibus shuttle from Shore Street (outside Premier Inn).

The path is not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs.

Children under 2 go free but must be in a carrier or able to sit on a parent/guardian’s knee on the bus. All other children will be allocated a seat on the bus and will need a ticket.

Strictly no public parking or drop off at event.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Strictly no dogs allowed regardless of size.

On-site facilities – refreshments will be available at the Forest Food Court.

Free crafts and face painting for children.

Please bring a torch – outdoor footwear and clothing recommended.

Please wear suitable clothing – be prepared for cold/wet weather.

Kids Ticket: £4.50 (+booking fee £0.35)

Kids Under 2: FREE

Entry: This event is by e-ticket. Please bring your e-ticket with you for entry. It is essential to keep your e-ticket safe, as any copies will be invalidated by the venue’s security system.

Cancellations: If the event is cancelled, your booking will be fully refunded, minus any applicable fees. Significant changes to the event, such as a change in the headline act or venue, may also qualify for a refund. Weather or other unavoidable circumstances may not result in a refund if specified by the Event Organiser.

Refunds: Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced if lost. If an exchange or refund is necessary, please contact Oban Winter Festival directly.
